1) WHEN WILL MY QURBAN TAKE PLACE?

1) WILL I BE UPDATED UPON SACRIFICING MY LIVESTOCK?
- Yes, Insha Allaah we shall be updating once AFASG receives updates from Indonesia through Facebook & Instagram. Do Follow Us!
2) WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SLAUGHTER VIDEO & PICS?
- Videos & Pics will be sent out as soon as we have them.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: We will be sending out individual updates via WhatsApp. Hence, kindly save our No: +65 82995283 to receive it.
3) HOW CAN I SELF COLLECT MY COMPLIMENTARY 250G OF BEEF KNUCKLE FROM PREMIUM BUTCHERY MEAT SHOP @ 11 DUNLOP ST?
- Pls take note redemption period is from 15th June 2024 – 15th July 2024.
- Once the payment has been made for your Qurban orders, kindly contact our AFASG Hotline No 8522 4534 with your Invoice Order No to make an appointment to redeem your complimentary Gift.
4) IS AFASG OFFERING SHEEP FOR QURBAN INDIA?
- Not at the moment.
FOR AUSTRALIA
1) WHEN IS AUSTRALIA QURBAN DELIVERY?
- TO BE CONFIRMED
2) WHAT TIME WILL MY AUSTRALIAN QURBAN BE DELIVERED?
- Once orders close, we will update the participant with the delivery date and time via whatsapp as soon as we have all the details ready insha Allaah.
*Kindly alert us if you have not received the message by 21st June 2024.
3) WILL I GET CERTIFICATE AND PHOTOS FOR MY AUSTRALIAN QURBAN?
- Due to regulations at the Australian Slaughterhouse, we will not be able to take videos/photos of your slaughter. As for the certs, only those participants who donates the full portion of meat and/or performs Australia Aqiqah will Insha Allaah get a certificate of participation.
GENERAL
1) WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY AQIQAH CERT?
- Indonesia & India: By the end of August 2024
- Australia: To be confirmed.
2) IF THERE IS ANY ERROR IN THE CERT OR IF I DO NOT RECEIVE BY END SEPTEMBER, WHAT SHALL I DO?
- Please message our AFASG Hotline No. via WhatsApp within 7 days upon receiving the cert if there are errors. Kindly take note that any requests for amendments after the 7th day may not be entertained.
- Please message our AFASG Hotline No. via WhatsApp if you do not receive the cert by end of August 2024.
3) CAN I MAKE CASH PAYMENT?
- Yes, you can make Cash Payments @ 11 Dunlop St, Singapore 209341. Kindly make an appointment with us (AFASG Hotline No 8522 4534) before coming down.
